Hindsight

I find proverbs very interesting, cause they show that language continues to develop past our teens.

I preface with that to make myself feel better about not really getting some proverbs.

I just realized that I never really understood the proverb "Hindsight is 20/20."

I thought I did, because I do realize that we can see clearly when we are looking back.

Wasn't till a sister of mine said, "Stupid Hindsight!!" that I realized that is part of what the proverb is saying!

Yes, it is all clear when we look back, but what good does that do us? Very little.

So I've decided that "Stupid hindsight" is a much better saying.
